BACK OFFICE ENGINEER

Scoop Of Work:
• Perform the L2 support by technologies, performance management, configuration management, escalation management and security management for the CN, RAN or TX network equipments or any other system as required.
• Update quarterly PBC (Personal Business Commitment) with team leader.
• Follow up preventive maintenance plan
• Responsible to provide support to FO, NPO, IM dept.
Attend, cooperating and following up new NE integration (PAT) with project department, including make checklist, arrange resource, alarm monitoring and etc

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any engineering related course.
• With at least three years experience
